I trained at the prestigious and highly regarded KLC School of Design in 1989 and have worked on a huge variety of wonderful design projects ranging from country cottages, large family houses, listed buildings, manor houses, restaurants in both Exeter and Taunton, houses in Cardiff and Hampshire to three exciting and very different apartments in London’s St Katherine’s Dock, Waterside Point & Imperial Wharf. Originally established in 1985 at The Old Pannier Market, Honiton, I took over the reins in 1995, and now work from my Grade-One-listed family home. The Chantry, Combe Raleigh is barely a mile-and-a-half from Honiton’s bustling High Street. Our extensive pattern library is housed in a neighbouring unit temporarily, until our new dedicated studio space is completed; and there is plenty of easy parking for anyone wishing to visit. Please call at the house when you arrive, so that we may show you to the pattern library.

Audrey

Audrey is my second in command! If you need to contact me and can’t, Audrey will know where I am usually and how to get hold of me.  And, in my absence, she will be pleased to take messages, show you the pattern library, order samples or loan books out on a short term basis, and take your orders and process them!

Whilst our work is mainly in the South West of England, we regularly have work in the Home Counties, London, Cardiff and the rest of South Wales. Some of the more far-flung destinations for our work have included Yaroslavl, Exeter’s twin town in Russia, the west coast of Ireland and Sydney, Australia. Projects range from a simple window treatment through to complete refurbishment.
